| The previous concierge website provided basic service descriptions that could only be updated by reprogramming HTML code. Any details about a service request had to be entered by the user in a generic form field. All request scheduling, processing, billing, tracking, vendor management, and performance reporting was performed manually, with extensive paper trails; a significant barrier to growth. |

| Beck Interactive thoroughly examined the business requirements and information flow to design an integrated online solution, with a special focus on flexibility and extensibility. Initially we used rapid prototyping to establish the baseline functionality and architecture as proof-of-concept. The fully functional interaction framework, content management, co-branding and personalization features were then developed, along with a multi-tiered administration system. The result is an efficient, service-oriented online management system, co-branded for each of the participating companies. Beck Interactive's on-going managed hosting ensures security, performance and scalability of the system. |
